Policy of honoraries for natural persons:

In establishing the honoraries for the natural person the Lawyer's Office NICOLAE LOLEA promotes the principle of the direct negotiation, principle that is based on the following guideline:

  • the honoraries are established considering the complexity of the cause, the possibilities of the clients; the time allocated by the lawyer to the solution of the demand


    Policy of honoraries for legal persons:

    In establishing the honoraries for the legal persons, the Lawyer's Office NICOLAE LOLEA considers, beside the principle stated above, the possibility to develop the manner for payment of the honoraries under various aspects, such as:

  • Fix honorary
  • Honorary per hour
  • Fix honorary for result/ success
  • Percentage honorary for result
  • Subscription
